Snacks (especially if you have dietary needs, please bring some granola/protein bars, beef jerky, trail mix, or something)

Toiletries (ladies, start experimenting with your hair NOW and how to deal with no hair dryer!  That scarf/head covering could save your dignity  Towels will be provided

Small gifts (totally optional, I may be bringing some nice pens, journals, Wal-Mart watches, dollar toys, LED flashlights, reusable bags etc)

Thank you cards

Toothbrush and toothbrush cover (even if you don’t normally use them!)

Basic meds (get in pill/chewable form): anti-diarrheal, peptobismol, band-aids, benadryl, some people like baby powder for their feet

Travel-size hand sanitizer

Computer (bandwidth will be slow in Yaounde, cannot stream, may be able to send small files, may also need to download pictures.         Please back things up in the US before bringing your computer to Cameroon!)
